CNX360 VIRTUAL INSPECTION TOOL FACILIATES
VIRTUAL APPRAISALS

This mobile-friendly process allows homeowners to complete a 15-minute virtual tour of their home and easily upload interior and/or exterior photos through a secure link so Appraisers can complete an appraisal when physically inspecting the property is not possible. An email is then automatically sent to the Appraiser after photos have been uploaded, so the Appraiser can download and incorporate the photos into their appraisal report. In addition to being able to ensure the health and safety of everyone in the appraisal process, the CNX360 Virtual Inspection Tool could also be useful for remote properties and/or areas where appraiser resources are scarce.
Note: This functionality is separate from the GetConnexions mobile app.
